Our service
Elevate is a personal matchmaking service. We use professional judgment to introduce members to people we believe are a genuine fit. Matchmaking is inherently personal — we do not and cannot guarantee a match, a relationship, or any specific outcome.
Membership & fees
Membership is billed monthly at the rate disclosed on your consultation, with no setup fee. You may pause or cancel at any time. Your signed membership agreement confirms the specifics and governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to treat the people we introduce with respect, and to conduct yourself honestly and lawfully. We may decline or end service at our discretion, including for conduct that is dishonest, disrespectful, or unsafe.
Confidentiality
Introductions and the details of other members are confidential. You agree not to share, publish, or misuse information about anyone we introduce you to.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, and content are owned by Elevate Dating and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about outcomes and disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
