Elevate Dating (“Elevate,” “we,” “us”) is a private matchmaking service, and discretion is core to what we do. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us — your name, contact details, the answers in your intake or application, scheduling details, and anything you share with your matchmaker. We also collect basic technical data such as device and usage information and the source that brought you to us (for example, campaign parameters).
How we use your information
To evaluate fit, provide and improve our matchmaking service, arrange introductions and consultations, communicate with you, and operate our business. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share your information
Only as needed to provide the service: with your matchmaker and our team; with trusted service providers who work on our behalf (such as scheduling, email, and secure storage) under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law. We never publish your profile or make you searchable.
Cookies & tracking
We use limited cookies and analytics to understand traffic and improve the site, and advertising tools (such as the Meta pixel) to measure our campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your privacy is central to how we operate.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal information — which we do not do.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Children
Our service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the current version here.
